Does your car beep at you, or does the steering wheel shudder if you cross the white lines on the road? Forward Collision Warning/Braking? What about adaptive cruise control and/or Traffic Sign Recognition?
If you answered yes to any of the above questions, your vehicle is equipped with ADAS.
Do you know that when you have your ADAS vehicle’s windscreen replaced, most require recalibration to ensure that the system is functioning correctly afterwards?
We have the capability to recalibrate most vehicles. Due to the complexity of recalibrations, this service can only be undertaken in-store. If we are unable to complete the recalibration for you, we will assist you by setting up an appointment with the Dealership to ensure the recalibration is completed.
There are two main types of Recalibration, Static and Dynamic.
Static Calibration requires an in-branch apparatus with vehicle specific target boards.
Dynamic Calibration is where the car needs to be driven so the camera can self-calibrate.
If you are unsure of the features of your vehicle, pop into our workshop for an inspection.
